W.O.T Africa hopes to reach 1 million African women by 2027. Inspiring powerful, innovate, female leaders and entrepreneurs in Africa. This will be achieved through, seminars, conferences, dialogues, summits and empowerment programs. We aim to create an action movement. Were our young women take action and physically participate in changing Africa.
The vision
- Woman Of Tomorrow aim on inspiring young women in becoming the best they can possibly be, taping into their potential and helping them reach it. Women of Tomorrow wants to see our young women inspired by each other and by women who have made a name and are making a name for themselves. Building and moulding true female leaders and to have women planted deep in God and who can live a well balanced life.
OUR MISSION
- Our mission is to make woman know their worth and to help them tap into their full potential, making. W.O.T Africa a name for all women in leadership and business on the continent. We want to groom a critical thinking generation of African female leaders. We are building and shaping young women to be great women of tomorrow. We want to create strong and well-minded young women, who know themselves and are comfortable in their abilities as young women, who will become agents of change in their communities and in their countries.
- Life is a continuous journey of lessons, there are those who have walked the walk we are walking right now and those who have not started. This is a project where we talk to all women, of all ages and of all different life journeys. We need to learn from each other and stay grounded. Success does not come over night but takes time to build; being a great leader comes with time.
- The project organizes mentorship programs and helps the young women, find who they are and their purpose in life. We want to get the young women to start asking the question why, rather then giving the answer what. It easy to identify what you are doing, but the core of the matter is why? That allows us to understand ourselves and our visions. When you can answer your why, people believe in you and your vision, because it shows that you believe in it.
- There’s no greater substance than God. It is so important when you lead someone or people to have faith in something greater then yourself. We are a Christian based foundation and our value are that of the Christian faith. But the foundation is designed for everyone regardless of faith .
